Office Manager

Net-Bet is a leading provider of online services and platforms for the lottery gaming industry. We provide platforms and solutions that enable consumers from everywhere the freedom to purchase official lottery tickets online and play the world’s biggest lottery draws.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our HR team!

The Ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience working as an office manager and excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English. They should be highly self-motivated and organized, with a proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

 *This is a full-time hybrid position that includes in-house and remote work. *

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office routines, including office supplies, parking, building maintenance, deliveries, and travel.

• Employee experience: plan and execute social and welfare activities, such as happy hours and gift preparation.

• Maintain relationships with vendors and act as the go-to person for employees.

• Support finance processes such as payments, invoice preparation, etc.

• Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth operation of all administrative needs.

• Maintain and manage the look and feel of the office, keeping it clean and organized.

• Support the HR global team with processes such as onboarding, employee experience, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working as an office manager or a similar role.

• BA in psychology, human resources, or equivalent.

• Excellent Hebrew and English (both written and verbal).

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a positive “can-do” attitude.

• Self-motivated and takes on new initiatives.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
